FIELD: medicine; cardiology. SUBSTANCE: electric cardiological signals are measured preliminary during several seconds. After that the signals are subjected to calibration processing by means of finding and fixing energy function E(T). Maximal value of the function has to be found. Then basic cycle of measurements is carried out. During this cycle, E(T) is measured once more and compared with E(max). Cardiological signal if filtered by filter with bandpass of 100 Hz and lower, if value of E(T) is higher than 0,15 E(max). Filter is used with bandpass of 40 Hz and lower if E(T) is equal or lower than 0,15E(max). Method is realized by the device, which has electrodes 1, cardiological unit 2, analog-to-digital converter 3, computer 4 and preliminary processing unit 5. Unit 5 has the first adder 6, the first memory unit 7, inverter 8, timer 9, the second memory unit 10, arithmetic unit 11, the third memory unit 12, control unit 13, unit 14 for determining maximal value, comparator 15, controlled filter 16. EFFECT: improved precision of identification of specific elements of electric cardiogram. 2 dwg
