FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves dissecting ligaments on the internal and external surfaces of talocrural articulation, mobilizing external malleolus, setting anklebone into the talocrural articulation fork, forming physiological talocalcaneal angle and fixing the obtained position with two Kirschner wires. The external ankle is anteriorly displaced and attached to the tibial bone with one allotendon end previously sutured to it. The wound is sutured, allotendon is brought close to the diaphysis of the fifth metatarsal bone and sutured in keeping it in the slightly marked foot hypercorrection position. EFFECT: prevented recidivation.
