FIELD: orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: head of huckle-bone is sutured with scaphoid bone, sinew of posterior greater cannon muscle is cut from fixation site and sutured to common site of huckle-bone and scaphoid bone. Utilizing cuts up to 1 cm long on sole surface of foot in the region of calcaneus tuber, allosinew is sutured. Its distal end is split into two ends. One of them is led under skin of foot to diaphase of the first metatarsus bone and the other to diaphase of the fifth metatarsus bone, after which foot is fixed in position of stretched allosinew. EFFECT: enabled formation of longitudinal vault of foot and prevented recurrence of disease. 1 dwg
