Lower plane of horizontal corticotomy passes above Y-shape cartilage without disturbing intactness of semilunar cartilage of cotyloid cavity and upper horizontal plane of cortitomy passes along interior cortical lamina. Further steps are inserting upwards two fixing rods into column femoris into thus formed fragment from outside and below as viewed from trochanter, carrying out intertrochanteric osteotomy, fixing pins and fragment rods to distraction apparatus, gradually bending off fragment in post-operative period with simultaneously bringing down femoral bone, and then correcting its proximal section.
