FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing proximal fragment for performing rotation osteotomy along femoral neck axis. Free cylindric graft is formed from trochanteric to subcapital neck region and taken out with regenerate formed to basal neck region. The neck corticotomy is carried out in its median portion, proximal fragment is anteriorly rotated at one stroke for 45-60 deg and then gradually by bending femur when the proximal fragment is fixed on pelvic support. Then the femur is unbent with proximal fragment fixation transferred to the distal support of external fixation apparatus. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
