FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: medicinal agent is applied on the damaged skin surface or mucous tissue. Agent has the dissolved peptides, amino acids and mineral compounds obtained by freezing the milled animal raw at -18 C (not above) for 10-90 days. Then raw is defrozen and immersed in 1% glacial acetic acid aqueous solution at ratio = 1:1 by weight for 8-12 h at 18-25 C at periodic stirring. Then solution is poured off from mass and washed off up to pure water. The prepared mass is treated again with weak organic acid at 54-60 C, at pH = 4.6-4.8 at ratio = 1:1 by mass, for 30-40 min and the dissolved active peptides, amino acids and mineral substances were extracted, centrifuged, fatty is removed and solvent is filtered. The prepared substrate is defrozen, treated with weak organic acid, the dissolved active peptides, amino acids and mineral compounds were extracted, centrifuged, fatty is removed and filtered. The prepared substrate is used as gel or subjected for lyophilic drying and used as powder for wound surfaces, burns, trophic ulcers and other damages treatment. EFFECT: improved method of treatment.
