FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: medicinal agent is applied on the damaged skin surface or mucous tissue. Agent has the dissolved peptides, amino acids and mineral compounds obtained by freezing the milled animal raw at -18 C (not above) for 10-90 days. Then raw is defrozen and immersed in 1% glacial acetic acid aqueous solution at ratio = 1:1 by weight for 8-12 h at 18-25 C at periodic stirring. Then solution is poured off from mass and washed off up to pure water. The prepared mass is treated again with weak organic acid at 54-60 C, at pH = 4.6-4.8 at ratio = 1:1 by mass, for 30-40 min and the dissolved active peptides, amino acids and mineral substances were extracted, centrifuged, fatty is removed and solvent is filtered.
