FIELD: medicine, cosmetology. SUBSTANCE: raw of animal origin, mainly fresh chicken-broilers legs (age is 8-9 weeks) is peeled, washed, milled and the obtained mass is frozen at -18 C (not above) for 10-90 days storage. The mass is defrozen and placed in 1% aqueous solution of ice acetic acid at ratio 1:1 by mass for 8-12 h at 18-25 C at periodic stirring. Then solution is poured off from mass and mass is rinsed up to clear water. Obtained mass is treated again with weak organic acid at ratio 1:1 by mass for 30-40 min for extraction of dissolved active peptides, amino acids and mineral compounds followed by centrifugation, fat removing and solvent filtration. The obtained substrate is used as gel or subjected for drying in lyophilic or spraying driers and used as powder. Agent is used for wound and trophic ulcer treatment and in cosmetology. EFFECT: improved method of agent preparing.
