FIELD: mechanical engineering; fuel injection pump of automotive diesel engine. SUBSTANCE: device has fuel tank with filter and pipelines providing supply of pump under running-in with fuel injected by pump through fuel and nozzles into measuring device; it has also electric motor and shaft of drive coupled with pump camshaft by slotted-link mechanism whose crank is fitted on drive shaft and rotating link is coupled with pump camshaft. Crank of pump drive shaft has variable length and depends on an angle of drive shaft turning. Coupling member between crank and rotating link is made in the form of eccentric on crank body and is installed for rotation. Eccentric is provided with planetary type drive mechanism whose sun gear is fixed stationary on device housing coaxially with drive shaft, and driven pinion is secured on axle of eccentric.
