FIELD: programmed testing of wood-working machines. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for expansion of technology capabilities by reconstruction of entire spectrum of loads emerging with machining of wood for complete automation of testing process, for simplification of control over loading device and for increased stability of reconstructed loads. In this case braking moment is reconstructed by friction brake, radial load is reconstructed by weights developing centrifugal component and by aerostatic loader reproducing radial load from wood cutting, axial load is reproduced by separate pneumatic drive. Friction brake is composed of disc put on shaft which is seized between support and cheek under action of pneumatic drive. Centrifugal load is simulated by installation of weight which mass is calculated before-hand into clutch. Aerostatic loader simulates both radial load emerging with cutting of wood by knife and pauses following it. For creation of axial load loader is put on guides and moves in them under action of pneumatic drive. EFFECT: expanded technological capabilities of process. 5 cl, 6 dwg
