FIELD: metal working industry branches, particularly, longitudinal grinding processes and equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes electrostatic loader and its control system having motion pickup and comparator. Loader is contact free one; it includes housing in which cushion with axial duct and pocket are arranged. Pickup is mounted in housing with gap relative to cushion. When worked part is mounted, pickup signal is fed to comparator. Said signal is used as basic signal. At grinding process part is subjected to action of cutting effort bending it. In such case cushion is also moved, its movement is registered by means of pickup whose signal is fed to comparator as signal identifying changed value of gap. Then compressed air is fed to pocket of cushion for realizing force action upon part. The last returns to initial position and its bending is compensated. Process is performed in automatic mode. EFFECT: improved design enhancing quality of ground part due to quick response of loader and due to elimination of influence of ground part errors by compensation of its bending. 1 dwg
