FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves laying complex solution layer over blood sample taken from patient finger, then adding standard blood serum and applying calcium-protein complex developer. Some time later, color and structure of the so formed spot are compared with those of some reference preparation produced in the like manner from healthy person blood sample. Some differences being detected, malignant tumor is to be diagnosed in the patient organism. A series of optimum reagent combinations are proposed to provide reliable results.
