FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely, to obsterics and gynecology, oncogynecology, and can be used for early diagnostics of ovary tumours. Method consists in that supernatant of endometrial washing, after preliminary determining total protein concentration in it, is subjected to quantitative test for determining content of protein carbonyl groups. Level of protein carbonyl groups of 0-1.9 nmol/mg corresponds to normal values of parameter, there is no tumour of appendages. Level of protein carbonyl groups of 2.0-3.5 nmol/mg leads to conclusion about benign tumours of ovary. If level of protein carbonyl groups is 3.6-4.9 nmol/mg conclusion is made about malignant tumours of ovary. Application of the method allows for increasing efficiency of early detection of epithelial tumours in women from risk groups in short terms, which allows for carrying out organ-preserving treatment in proper time.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of early detection of epithelial tumours in women from risk groups in short terms.
