FIELD: ophthalmology, at eyelid plasty. SUBSTANCE: device for cutting-out of grafts at recovery of eyelids has instrument 1 in the form of handle 2 having a cutting part, additionally it has external tube 4 with window 5 and clamping appliance 7; instrument 1 is installed for rotation in external tube 4 and its cutting part has at least two lugs 3 fixed at a different distance from the axis of rotation equal to the thickness of the graft to be cut out, and cavity 8 for location of rotating lugs 3 is made in tube 4 in the point of arrangement of window 5. Such a design of the device makes it possible to obtain a graft for recovery of eyelids in the form of a cartilaginous plate having a shape close to the shape of the eyelid with simultaneous cutting-out of the outer and inner surfaces.
