FIELD: land reclamation. SUBSTANCE: in order to liberate soil from poisonous and toxic substances, microorganisms destroying these substances are utilized. As such microorganisms, spontaneous microflora from live stock and poultry manure adapted to poisonous substances is used. Such microflora is obtained by multistage fermentation at 25-31 C with adding poisonous substances in gradually increased concentrations from 0.1 to 2% in the last fermentation stage. As seed material, in each succeeding stage, 10-30% of compost prepared in previous stage is utilized. EFFECT: simplified detoxification of soil. 1 dwg, 3 tbl
