FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used in processing organic wastes of livestock and poultry farms using phosphate-based composting stimulators. Method of making compost involves mixing milled organic wastes and peat, enriched with stimulating additive, loading mixture into a fermenter and subsequent aerobic composting at humidity 50-60 % and periodical ventilation with oxygen-containing gas in longitudinal and transverse directions for 5 days. Oxygen concentration in mixture is maintained within 5-12 %. Organic wastes used are manure and chicken droppings, wherein manure, chicken droppings and peat are taken in ratio 15:35:50. As a stimulating additive - a complex of two phosphate salts, including following components, wt%: monosubstituted zinc phosphate - 0.005-0.075, copper phosphate trihydrate - 0.0025-0.005, water - balance up to 100.
EFFECT: invention provides faster processing of poultry wastes and cattle-breeding complexes into ecologically clean organic fertiliser of high nutritional value.
