FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: method including preparation of raw mix by way of dosage and mixing cement, fine filler, coarse filler, blowing agent, and water, aging, and heat-wet treatment is distinguished in the following. Fine filler is prepared by activation of ash-slag mix in rod mill, and, as coarse filler, grains are used prepared by mixing activated ash-slag mix with cement and blowing agent in granulator. At the beginning of process, cement and fine filler (activated ash-slag mix) are mixed in forced-operation mixer. Into obtained mixture, water is continually poured to water/solids ratio 0.3-0.8 and agitation is effected. Thereafter, process foam is entered, mixture is stirred until homogeneous porous mass is formed, coarse filler is added in volume proportion to porous mass (1.5-3.5):1 and mix thus obtained is subjected to final stirring. Raw mix containing, in particular, cement, fine filler and coarse filler with particle size 5-20 mm, blowing agent, and water is distinguished with that, as fine filler, it contains activated in rod mill ash-slag mix with continuous grading of 0.1-5.0 mm fractions. In this mix, content of 0.1-0.2 mm fraction is 20-30% and that of 2.5-5.0 mm fraction 3-10%. Coarse filler contains porous grains prepared from activated ash-slag mix, cement, and blowing agent at ratio (3-5):1(0.001-0.01). EFFECT: accelerated process, improved performance characteristics (cold resistance and strength) of building parts and reduced cost due to using ash-slag wastes. 2 cl, 1 tbl
