FIELD: optical instruments for remote control and measuring of three-dimensional position of parts of extended object. SUBSTANCE: device has serial circuit of light source, lens which has two optical channels, prism unit. Each channel has tracking targets. In addition optical compensators are located between prism unit and tracking targets. Each compensator is mechanically connected to corresponding positioning motor and corresponding movement detector. Each tracking target is designed as position-sensitive recording system. Output of each system is connected to said positioning motor through control unit. Output of each movement detector is connected to corresponding input of computing unit and corresponding indicator. Output of computing unit is connected to third indicator. Device may be used as measuring instruments for mechanical engineering, construction, plane and ship building.
