FIELD: instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: optico-electronic device includes block setting base movement in the form of unit with two sources of modulated radiation which form equal-signal zone, two frequency dividers which inputs are linkage to output of reference frequency generator to which input of third divider is connected. Second input of first modulator is connected to output of phase inverter. Receiving part includes objective in which focal plane photodetector is placed, its output is connected to input of preamplifier. Output of bandpass filters are linked to inputs of two rectifiers which outputs are connected to input of subtractor. Receiving part also has indicator. Output of third divider is connected to second input of modulator and to input of phase inverter. Receiving part is inserted with amplifier with automatic gain control, third band-pass filter. low-frequency filter and rectifier. Output of mentioned amplifier is connected to output of preamplifier and its output is linkage to inputs of first and second filters. Output of computer is connected through low-frequency filter to input of indicator and through third band-pass filter and rectifier - to controlling input of amplifier with automatic gain control. EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurement by provision of constancy of spatial sensitivity of device to lateral displacements. 3 dwg
