SUBSTANCE: device has a pick-up probe, an input divider, a first DC amplifier, a pointer indicator, an AC voltage source, two filters, a detector, a second DC amplifier and a light radiator. The first amplifier input is connected to the AC voltage source and the first amplifier output is connected to the filters. One filter that separates out the DC component of signal is connected to the pointer indicator. The other filter that separates out the AC component of signal is connected to the detector and the second amplifier matched with the light radiator. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 2 dwg
