FIELD: aviation, space investigations. SUBSTANCE: device has housing, coaxial ring permanent magnets, which are magnetized in axial direction and provide magnetic system, photon-conversion unit which has two- part shaft and spherical jacket which is mounted on shaft and in which slot light guides are mounted. Ends of light guides are located in slots of one part of shaft till its end. Regulator of light flow has shutters which are mounted in housing by means of screws for overlapping of each till ends of all light guides. Shaft is mounted in housing 1 for rotation in bearings.
