FIELD: transport engineering; transportation of people and loads across rough terrain, for instance, on other planets. SUBSTANCE: outer spherical envelope of vehicle is made solid with two side segment media and ring guides. Support rolls provided with flanges rest on ring guides. Combination of circular magnetic system with axial magnetization and linear magnetic system is used as propulsion unit. Linear magnetic system is made for reciprocating in direction of movement and it is mechanically coupled with propulsion unit, and circular magnetic system is connected with outer spherical envelope. Ballast compartment is made for displacement in direction square to direction of movement which provides change in direction of movement. EFFECT: reduced adverse action onto ambient medium, increased economy, reliability and cross-country capacity. 2 cl, 6 dwg
