FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining soil contamination density; conducting presowing treatment of soil and seed material, in case contamination density is within the range of 1-25 Cu/sq km, by adding 200-400 g of bacterial preparation into hectare norm of crop seeds. Mineral nitrogen fertilizer is introduced in an amount of 20-40 kg per hectare of field. Seed material is treated by mixing for 15-20 min of seeds, bacterial preparation and organic glue, with bacterial preparation: organic glue ratio being 1:1 per hectare norm of crop seeds.
