FIELD: production of decorations for indoors interior. SUBSTANCE: method of stone wall panel manufacture provides, that on polished surface of base made of manufacturing stone different fractions of comminuted natural stones are additionally fixed by glue substance before polishing to produce base mirror-type surfaces and their frames are washed by 0.1 - 0.4 % hydrochloric acid solution. Then dry and wet grinding and also dry and wet polishing operations are in series exercised. During fixing on base surface of comminuted for fractions stones base surface sections with interesting and expressive natural patterns are left open as part of picture. To increase expressiveness of the picture engraving is made along its contour in the form of deepening. To enrich natural pattern color palette natural stones dust fractions are mixed with liquid glass to produce pigment paint, using which engraving deepenings are filled. In the case as glue substance for comminuted stones different fractions liquid glass is used and produced image is subjected to thermal treatment under temperature of 270 - 700 C. Contour of cross-section of turned to viewers stone frame surface is made profiled as volumetric segment to direct blocks of reflected light to the image. EFFECT: improved process. 1 dwg
