SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for manufacturing building panels for decorating the wall surface. Method for manufacturing a facing panel for decorating walls comprising a base of a predetermined size from a transparent film, comprising applying to it by means of screen printing an adhesive of 0.3–0.5 mm thickness, then a smooth layer of 2–5 mm thick is applied a mineral crumb, the excess of which is removed after turning the base, after which the base with the adherent crumb is placed on the vacuum table and along the perimeter with the help of a frame with a seal presses against it, air is pumped out between the table and the base of the transparent film by a vacuum pump, after which an infrared radiator is turned on, heating the film to the softening point, as a result of which the mineral crumb is fixed on the basis of a transparent film, while the fixation occurs both due to the drying of the glue, and due to the fact that the soft and hot film is pressed against the mineral crumb by vacuum, in places where there is no mineral crumb, the base of the transparent film densely presses against the surface of the vacuum table, resulting in a surface with a relief, height of which is equal to the fraction of the mineral crumb used, the cutting of the contour is carried out with the help of the dowel-mold or manually, then the resulting material is fixed on the facade mesh (reinforcing mesh) finished product is a cloth of the facade mesh (reinforcing mesh) with decorative elements fixed on it, imitating various finishes, a given size, size of the fabric is chosen taking into account the convenience of installation and transportation, or the characteristics of the surface to be decorated, or any other preferences of the customer.
EFFECT: increase the resistance of the panel to external influences.
