FIELD: oxygen production. SUBSTANCE: ozone is produced from air through any known technique and brought in contact with a liquid more capable to dissolve ozone than oxygen (water, fluorohydrocarbons). Through agency of that liquid, ozone is transferred to arrangement decomposing ozone by any way. Arrangement may be additionally provided with closed circuit for circulating liquid such as cooling circuit of a power plant. Invention may be applied in medicine and in combustion chambers.
