FIELD: generation of ozonized air. SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to generation of ozonized air and allows high concentration of ozone in ozonized air, low specific energy capacity, technological and structural simplicity and wide range of control over output to be obtained. Process includes supply of air into gaseous-discharge space and generation of barrier surface discharges. Ozonized stream of air is directed for circulation over closed path, is additionally saturated with ozone till saturation concentration is achieved and is cooled. With release of ozonized air concentration of ozone in circulating stream is lowered to specified value by addition of air into circulating stream in volume equal to volume of released ozonized air. Gear for implementation of process has fan, discharge unit with high-voltage source, heat exchanger and air conduit manufactured in the form of closed circuit. Air conduit is fitted with intake and discharge gates. Discharge unit includes gaseous-discharge elements to form barrier surface discharges which are installed in air conduit in plane of its cross-section.
