Flat hoe pivot joint is formed as journal with slider bearing mounted on it. Journal and slider bearing are positioned in lower part of hollow tine. Flat hoe pivot joint is further provided with hub whose vertical axis of rotation is aligned with axes of tine and journal. Bottom part of hub is conjugated with flat hoe opening. Top part of hub is arranged within tine cavity and connected with journal for free rotation and mounting on threaded journal pin. Flat hoe balancer is disposed on outer rear side.
