FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: working tool has tine and flat hoe pivotally attached to tine and provided with front cutting edge. Flat hoe is made in the form of segment and mounted for angular displacement about vertical axis of rotation. Tine is formed as hollow thin-walled tube. Vertical pivot joint is mounted on tine and hoe junction place. Angular displacement of flat hoe about vertical pivot joint is restricted by stop fixed on lower rear wall of tine. Stop is joined with one of vertical faces on rear part of flat hoe. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and improved quality of soil. 9 cl, 3 dwg
