FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, surface cultivation of soil. SUBSTANCE: working tool has hollow tine and undercutting hoe pivotally mounted on tine for free rotation and provided with cutting edge extending along its perimeter and bulging portion in its center. Pivot joint is made in the form of cylindrical sleeve embracing lower part of tine and arranged between tine cap and supporting washer mounted on lower end part of tine. Washer is connected with tine by means of fastening member. Pivot joint has labyrinth sealing member. Cylindrical sleeve is positioned in central part of bulging portion of undercutting hoe. Top part of tine may be mounted in cultivator holder provided with rectangular opening. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 cl, 4 dwg
