SUBSTANCE: in the first time a task is set to isolate protein preparations from blood serum stimulating and inhibiting activity of oxidative energetic exchange in live organism. According to invention, desired product is extracted with ethyl alcohol from raw material to final alcohol concentration 80%, and from precipitate remaining from the first extract separation at alcohol concentration 45-50%. Extracts are combined, concentrated, liberated from hydrophobic substances in centrifuge, and separated by gel chromatography technique on Sephadex column. As inhibiting preparation, the first fraction is taken off, and as stimulating preparation the second and third fractions.
