FIELD: biochemistry, biotechnology, ecology. SUBSTANCE: method involves treatment of brown algae firstly with ethanol and then with chloroform. Native fraction of lipids is extracted from an aqueous-ethanolic extract, extract is precipitated with ethanol and supernatant is dried. Obtained precipitate is dissolved in water and solution is fractionated by hydrophobic chromatography on polychrome-1 (polytetrafluoro-ethylene). Elution is carried out with water firstly and then by step gradient using mixtures alcohol in water and the end product is dried. Method provides preparing inhibitors of laminarinase from brown algae. Invention can be used in cultivation of marine-cultures and regulation of biotechnological processes.
