SUBSTANCE: new carbamates and ureas are provided with general formula I (in description), wherein R1 is optionally substituted C1-C20-alkyl, optionally substituted cycloalkyl, optionally substituted phenyl-lower alkyl group; Ra and R3, the same or different, (C1-C6)-alkyl; R2, Rb, and Rc, the same or different, carboxyl or protected carboxyl group; X oxygen or nitrogen; and R4 hydrogen atom or amine-protection group; above-mentioned substituents being halogens, hydroxyl, lower alkyl, lower alkoxyl, amino, mono- or di-lower alkylamino groups, carboxyl, formyl, lower-alkoxycarbonyl; or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. New carbamates and ureas present first examples of non- peptide analogs of bacterial components of cell shell and do not contain constituent common for precedent level. Described are also method for preparing compounds I and pharmaceutical composition inducing endogenous production of growth factors JL-6 and C3F25 controlling production of neutrophils in mammalian marrow.
