FIELD: medicine; oncology, particularly, treatment of malignant tumors of ovary. SUBSTANCE: method involves surgical intervention followed by radio- and chemotherapy, with radiation therapy being performed by means of subtotal irradiating lower half of body with radiation dose dependent on content of EAC rosette-forming lymphocytes in peripheral blood defined shortly before operation; if lymphocyte content exceeds normal average value but don't approach to upper limit, then total radiation dose of 8-9 Grays is applied, if not - radiation dose is reduced to 1 Gray; chemotherapy course is carried out after radiating. EFFECT: proposed method ensures prolonged remission period which is 1.5-1.2 times longer as compared with known ones.
