FIELD: medicine, more specifically, methods of radiotherapy; may be used in treatment of oncologic diseases. SUBSTANCE: method includes radiation therapy by impact radiation of E-15 MeV. Radiation dosage rate in maximum ionization is 0.48 Gy/min. Single basic dose is 1.5 Gy administered twice a day with interval between fractions of 4 h up to cumulative basic dose of 54 Gy. EFFECT: considerable reduction of frequency and intensity of manifestation of early radiation reactions on the side of mucous membrane of esophagus.
