Then, combine chemotherapy and radiotherapy are applied on the prednisolone background. 5-fluorouracyl is used as napkins. Radiation therapy is carried out in the medium dose fractioning at a dose of 3 Gr daily at the mammary gland base until total dose of 45 Gr is not achieved. The dose is equal to 33- 36 Gr when applied to regional lymph discharge zone. After the treatment being over, 2-3 weeks later, traditional chemotherapy is administered according to one of commonly used schemes.
