FIELD: machine-tool industry. SUBSTANCE: replaceable spindle units 38 are crosswise mounted on base stand 37 of feeding unit 36 of a tool similar to sides 13 of housing 11 of a satellite provided with replaceable plates 16 and parts 10. A lifting and rotatable device for replacing the satellites has two longitudinal and lateral plates mounted on a rotatable platform. The plates are interconnected in pair through mutually intersecting grooves 17 on outer sides 13 of housing 11 of the satellite so that the top portion of the plate is received in grooves 17 on central bed 1 of housing 11 of the satellite from the side of side 13 that is conjugate with central bed 1. The bottom portion of the plate is received in grooves 27 of central bed 1. The plates are interconnected so that to enclose fixed replaceable plate 16 together with part 10 to be machined on housing 11 of the satellite from the side of side 13 that is conjugated with central bed 1. Central bed 1 has two longitudinal top projections with hollow 21 between them and bevels 26 from two sides of hollow 21 for removing cheap. From the side of side end faces 22, 23 on both sides of projections is a port bounded with hollow 21 between the projections and longitudinal plate of the lifting and rotatable device. The projections are provided with intersecting grooves 27 similar to grooves 17 on outer sides 13 of housing 11 of the satellite. EFFECT: improved design. 4 cl, 4 dwg
