FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shaping ceramic ribbon tile (extruded wad) by way of ductile extrusion shaping. Tile-shaping assembly includes frame-mounted piston press with loading unit and hydraulic cylinder of drive, cutting device in the form of two string cutters cinematically coupled with press piston, and receiving arrangement. The latter is made as replaceable carriage installed on frame free to displace perpendicularly to press axis. Working surface of carriage has profile of shaped object, is covered with antifriction material, and has slit for one of string cutters. In its lower part, carriage may have a gutter for tile nib and be provided with stop plates located above and below the object and following its surface profile. In addition, carriage may also be provided with means to cut tile corners. EFFECT: improved design. 5 cl, 4 dwg
