LOAD GRIP-PUSHER FOR LOADER Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: load handling facilities; transfer of unit loads. SUBSTANCE: load grip - pusher has base, pushing plate set into operation by leverage under action of pair of double-acting hydraulic cylinders whose number corresponds to number of pairs of levers composing the leverage. As distinct from prototype, synchronization device is placed in cut of pipeline of rodless space of hydraulic cylinder of one of lever pairs whose summary resistance to pushing plate motion is the minimum. This device is made in form of throttle with check valve provided with holes and is installed in working liquid return flow. EFFECT: provision of simple and reliable synchronization of leverage which makes it possible to improve reliability and decrease wear of friction parts of load-grip pusher. 4 dwg
