FIELD: confectionery industry. SUBSTANCE: dough rolling and baking unit has single belt conveyor with working run extending through all processing zones of the unit. Conveyor belt passes through forming gap between forming members. One forming member positioned adjacent to dough to be rolled out is formed as drive roller and other forming member positioned in opposed relation to belt is formed as supporting roller or table. Tunnel oven is positioned in zone where formed dough is withdrawn from rolling device. Conveyor belt is made from adhesion-resistant thermally stable material, such as fluorine-containing varnished glass cloth. Such construction allows dough to be processed into thin-layer sheets which are immediately baked. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 1 dwg
