FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: building walls are lined with claydite-foam concrete blocks, with claydite of 20 - 50 mm size and foam concrete of up to 65 % porosity. Inner, lower, upper and butt surfaces of the block are treated under Rz2,5-Rz20. roughness class. Wall thickness is not more than 400 mm. The blocks are of variable heat conductivity from 0.2 W/m•C nearby outer surface up to 0.3 W/m•C nearby inner surface and from 0.75 gram per cubic centimeter up to 1.15 gram per cubic centimeter density respectively. Foam concrete porosity decreases from 65 % nearby outer surface up to 45 % nearby inner surface. Building walls are lined with claydite-foam blocks using cement compounds or mastics with layer of not more than 3 mm thickness. Window and door lintels are installed also of claydite-foam-concrete blocks prior to their installation over the aperture by putting a number of wall blocks on the cement compound or mastic for a length equal to window or door aperture length with tongues up. Grooves of depth equal to half the block height beginning from block base are originated at butts of end blocks. Grooves and butt grooves are daubed with cement-sand mortar and prefabricated metal tie-bar is embedded in them. The latter includes two or three parallel reinforcing bars coupled through angle piece by the ends. The rods are pressed in the cement-sand mortar in block base grooves, and the angle pieces are pressed in cement-sand mortar in butt grooves. Then wall block base grooves with embedded reinforcing bars of the tie-bar are filled with cement-sand mortar, held until cement-sand mixture is solidified, then the line of the blocks is turned over through 180 degrees along its lengthwise axis and additional lines of wall blocks in amount of (n - 1) are put on the cement compound or mastic, where "n" is number of wall blocks in the previous layer. Once the cement compound or mastic has solidified, the lintel is installed over the window or door aperture. According to the second option, the window and door lintels may be made of claydite-foam-concrete blocks by installing formwork over the window or door aperture. Then one line of wall blocks with grooves up is lined on cement compound or mastic. Then all subsequent operations are to be carried out as defined in the first option. Then, after having turned over the line of the blocks around its lengthwise axis through 180 degrees, the walls are proceed with further lining. The formwork is removed as the strength of the wall stock achieves the design level. EFFECT: high strength. 4 cl, 3 dwg
