FIELD: production of building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in manufacture of multiple-layer wall building blocks which require no plastering. Proposed invention includes charging system with at least two hoppers with meters, vibrotable charging moulds installed on longitudinal frame and device to transport moulds along frame. Each hopper is made in form of truncated four-angled pyramid with its smaller base pointed downwards, with meter installed in bottom of each hopper. Meter housings are made cylindrical and are provided with augers, whose flights are made converging from center, and two discharge ports located across frame at end face walls of meters. Ratio of pitch of flights of augers of first and second meters is t1:t2=3:4, and ratio of number of revolutions of auger of first meter to number of revolutions of auger of second meter is n1:n2=0.38-0.40. Moulds are provided with cross paired cells being equipped with inserted bottoms and dies. Vibrotable is equipped with mould clamping mechanism with hydraulic drive. Mix chargers of each hopper can be made in form of buckets with automatic turnover devices. Capacity of first bucket is not greater than 1/6 part of working volume of each cell of holder, and capacity of second bucket is not less than 4/5 of working volume of each cell of holder. Dies can be made of synthetic material. Hoppers are provided with independent devices for charging concrete mix.
EFFECT: high-capacity continuous forming of multiple-layer building blocks with decorative face surface ready for use.
