FIELD: microbiological industry. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to be used at hydrolysis plants and feed and enzyme preparations' production plants. Apparatus of invention contains tank with process pipes and provided with centrally arranged section with aeration turbine. Tank is separated with radial partitions into trapezoidal sections. The latter enclose aeration arrangements, connected with collector, and heat exchangers. Each aeration arrangement consists of two horizontally arranged and located under heat exchangers closed tubular rectangular circuits enclosing tube crosspieces. Between the circuits, two oppositely arranged vertical tubes are disposed. The latter, as well as tubes enclosed by circuits, have regions made of punched sheets. These regions in closed circuits are located on lower and side surfaces of tubes. EFFECT: improved design. 11 dwg
