FIELD: technological processes, treatment of waste and sewage.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices that are used for carrying out aerobic processes of microbiological synthesis of different biological products, processing of different industrial waste and semi-products, sewage water treatment. Bioreactor consists of cylindrical casing, which has tangentially installed ejectors on it, connected with them pipelines of atmospheric air supply, nozzles of reagents supply and product sampling, and external circulating pumps with outlets connected to ejectors. Pumps are double-stage, and first stage mixing chambers are open in axial direction where nozzles are installed coaxially for liquid supply from cylindrical pumps, and circulating pumps inlets are connected to bottom centre by means of pipelines. Nozzles of second stage ejectors are made as hollow, open from the top and from behind wedge-shaped splitters, which are installed in the liquid, and top wall of every ejector is made with hollow seat of streamline contour, the side wall of which has an opening that communicates with atmospheric air inlet pipeline. Bioreactor has simple and reliable design, provides for high capacity, low energy consumption for the process of aerobic fermentation.

EFFECT: increases capacity and reduces energy consumption.
