FIELD: welding and surfacing of high alloy workpieces. SUBSTANCE: method of surfacing of butt joints of workpieces manufactured of dispersion-hardening nickel-based alloys comes to the following: first layer of thickness equal to 0.3-0.4 of total thickness of layer is applied using filler material of nickel-based alloy which does not undergo phase changes in process of heating and then thermal treatment is carried out at temperature equal to 0.7-0.8 of filler material melting temperature; then second layer is applied to provide required thickness and thermal treatment described above is repeated. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities.
