FIELD: hydroelectric power engineering. SUBSTANCE: wave-electric power plant has floating platform which is, essentially, cylindrical shell 1 open on top and provided with bottom 2 that has cavity 3 for filling with water. Shell 1 is provided with wave-admission holes in the form of through slits 4 in its side walls and mounts 5 formed between slits that have supporting floors 6 on top for electric generators 7. Floors 4 are covered with stop logs 8 and gates 9 controlled by actuators 10 which are placed on floors 6. Plant rotor has support in the form of disk 11 mounted through castors 12 on circular guide in the form of rail 13 located on supporting floors 6 of shell 2. Disk 11 is fixed by means of truss 14 with annular carrying member 15 that functions as rotor shaft carrying moving blades 16. Annular carrying member 15 is, essentially, hollow torus and moving blades 16 are annular troughs with unidirectional convex surfaces joined with hollow torus through hollow radial spokes 17. Hollows of torus and spokes are made for filling with water. Disk 11 is joined with shafts of electric generators 7 through annular toothed rack 18 mounted on disk 18 and gear wheels 19 placed on shafts of generators 7. EFFECT: improved design. 6 cl, 4 dwg
