SUBSTANCE: element of dynamic protection uses the upper (2) and lower (3) plates and explosive charge 3 placed between plates 1,2; ribs 4 of rugged material are secured on lower plate 2. Ribs 4 make up cells, the lengths of the cell sides are equal to 5 to 10 thicknesses of plate 2, the height equals 0.3 to 0.5 of the distance between plates 1,2, and the rib thickness equals 1.5 to 2.0 of the plate thickness.
