FIELD: military equipment, in particular, construction of armored protection designed for construction of armored protection designed for counteraction to shaped-charge ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: the dynamic protection for counteraction to shaped-charge ammunition has a body, explosive charge positioned between two metal plates, detonators uniformly positioned in an explosive layer at distances of 0.4 b and 0.4 a, where a and b - the geometric parameters of the plate and the transducers for determination of the co-ordinates of the penetrating cumulative jet fastened at distances of 2 to 5 mm from each other on the surfaces of the plates adjoining the explosive charge.
EFFECT: enhanced level of protection of the armored equipment against the action of shaped-charge ammunition due to provision of control of trajectory motion of the dynamic protection plate in the stage of its acceleration, which is attained by initiation of the detonators.
