FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: vibratory gyro has body, plate secured in it and provided with internal and external frames interconnected by flexible jumpers and having two mutually perpendicular spin axes, oscillation excitation system, and position pickup. Provision is made for second plate. First plate has internal fixed, internal moving, and external moving frames positioned, respectively, from plate center to its periphery. Internal fixed frame is thickened and coupled to second plate. First plate is secured in base with the aid of internal fixed frame. Members of power converters and position pickup are positioned on external and internal moving frames and on second plate. EFFECT: higher measurement results. 7 cl, 13 dwg
