FIELD: electric engineering, in particular, low- voltage electric power supply. SUBSTANCE: device may be used protection of feeding transformers against overload and short-circuit currents, for example, for protection of transformers which are connected to high-voltage automatic-lock line of railroads. Device has over-hanged clad-metal and brass plates, break-make spring and mechanism which controls rotation switches and has member which is rigidly mounted on loose end of temperature-sensitive clad-metal contact spring and is designed for connection to unit which controls repeated switches of this control unit. It is designed as step member which is loosely mounted on shaft which one end is located inside sleeve and spring loaded by setup spring. Another end of shaft is located in sleeve and has working spring which embraces it. Step member is designed as sector. One end of working spring is fastened to sleeve; another one is connected to sector. Sector surface which is directed to clad-metal contact plate has flanges which are located in radial direction along arcs of greater and lesser diameter in alternating order. Number of flanges depends on given number of repeated circuit breaks and automatic switches ON. Last flange which is located on arc of lesser radius has beveled surface which is directed towards said member. EFFECT: increased reliability. 2 cl, 6 dwg
