TWO-BANDWIDTH ANTENNA Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

Abstract RU 2079194 C1

FIELD: antenna devices for radio communication and TV. SUBSTANCE: device has S-shaped loop oscillator and three-dimensional periodic structure which are fed by common feeder. Wires 1 and 2 of loop oscillator are connected to wires of distribution line of periodic structure in points 3-3. Wires 1 and 2 are located on opposite sides of oscillator continuous wire 6 (loop oscillator is shaped as S letter). Wires 4 and 5 of distribution line are located at angle to each other (distribution line is shaped as V letter). Arms of oscillators of periodic structure are shaped as pieces of straight wires 7 or trapezium 8 and are located in two half planes which provide two-sided angle. EFFECT: increased efficiency in high-frequency bandwidth. 3 dwg
